I know of no finer home builder than Chris Welsh. Chris built my home in Lakes and Streams in 2002. I can not say enough about the kind way he treated my wife and I during the construction process. He was always available when we had a question and completed our home in a timely manner. Even to this day when I have a question about which contractor to hire when I need a repair done, Chris is always ready and willing to recommend quality people for me. Choosing Welsh Custom Homes to build our home was the best decision I have ever made. I can not recommend him strongly enough to anyone looking for a quality home builder.
