Our family highly recommends Welsh Custom Homes. We have had two homes built over the past 15 years by Chris Welsh and have been very pleased each time. Chris personally and promptly returns calls and texts, and he is very motivated to create a home that perfectly meets our needs. He uses vendors that provide a large selection to suit any budget, and uses quality subcontractors that can get the job done correctly. We especially appreciated his patience with us as we made multiple changes along the way! Building a home is stressful but Chris does everything he can to make it a smooth and pleasant experience.
